CONSULTATION

With a clinical background in trauma-informed care and a commitment to social justice, I bring a unique perspective to organizational evaluations. I partner with organizations to identify both strengths and areas for growth, offering strategies that support achieving goals while also prioritizing staff well-being. My work has included consulting with nonprofits, schools, higher education institutions, and businesses to improve communication, address workplace conflict, strengthen staff morale, and interrupt burnout culture. By integrating trauma-informed principles with strategic insights, I help ensure organizations thrive not only in their operations but also in the emotional health and sustainability of their teams.

WORKSHOPS

With a dynamic and interactive style, I facilitate workshops that engage both teams and communities in meaningful reflection and skill-building. My workshops support organizations in addressing critical issues such as stress and burnout, vicarious trauma, emotional labor, and conflict management. I’ve developed and led mentor training programs, healing circles, and sessions focused on self-care, active listening, and fostering inclusive environments. These workshops also provide organizations with tools to navigate workplace conflict, improve staff morale, and challenge burnout culture. Through these experiences, I create supportive spaces for growth, helping participants build practical skills while enhancing collective well-being.

My consultation and workshop services focus on creating inclusive environments that prioritize mental health, promote community & self-compassion, enhance staff experience and foster a supportive workplace culture. These services are also available in Spanish.
